This is probably the most challenging pattern alterning and pattern matching that I've attempted. This piece was created for the Emcee, who we created an androgenous look for. The black sequin was on stretch mesh, and the fabric underneath is a heavy champagne satin. I altered the pattern from a commercial women's pants pattern. I chose to do this because of the side closer and the wide leg that fit the hip snuggly. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, this piece did not make it to a final fitting or performace.
